We are currently recruiting for an Administration & Compliance Manager to join our Housing team in Armagh.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong administrative and organisational skills who is looking to develop their leadership and management experience, as well as for an experienced manager seeking a new challenge.
Working within our Housing team, you will help lead and support the housing administration function, oversee day-to-day processes, maintain compliance with housing standards and contribute to the delivery of an efficient, professional and high-quality service.
What we're looking for:
- Strong administrative and organisational experience, ideally within a busy office environment
- Experience in housing or property administration would be an advantage
- Good communication, IT and problem-solving skills
- The ability to manage competing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- The confidence and willingness to support, guide and develop a team
- A proactive approach to maintaining accurate records, effective processes and compliance
- Full UK or EU driving licence
