We are currently recruiting for Support Workers to join our Support Services Team!

Contract Type: 24hr & 36hr Contracts

Working Hours: Day & Night Shifts, 8.00am - 8.00pm / 8:00pm - 8:00am, as and when required

Pay Rates: £13.50 - £16.50 per hour

Location: Belfast

Job Summary: Are you passionate about making a difference in people’s lives? We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. In this role, you’ll provide essential housing related support to individuals, empowering them to lead independent and fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support clients in developing independent living skills and maintaining stable tenancies.
  • Assist in assessing needs and risks, helping clients set and achieve goals.
  • Monitor and record client progress, ensuring they receive the best support.
  • Work collaboratively with multi-agency professionals to deliver tailored support.
  • Act as an advocate for clients, promoting their involvement and active participation.

What We're Looking For:

  • At least one years' experience in housing, social care, or a similar setting with vulnerable individuals (Young People, Children, or Adults).
  • Knowledge of safeguarding practices and procedures.
  • Strong communication, recording, and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team while also using initiative.
  • IT literacy and good organisational skills.
  • Flexible & adaptable approach; able to work various hours when needed.
  • Full EU Driving Licence & access to a car.
