We are looking for a Front of House Assistant to support the Administrator and the management team. You will cover receptionist and telephone duties which involves creating a welcoming atmosphere, greeting visitors and dealing with queries, as well as any appropriate follow-up action.
Rate of Pay: £12.05 per hour
Contract Type: Part time - 12 Hours (6 per day)
Contract Hours: Saturday and Sunday Only
Location: St Albans - Tara's Retreat

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting the home's administrator, allowing the homes administrator to support the management team.
- Covering the front of house until 18.00 hours to ensure the home is fully supported.
- Undertaking receptionist and telephone duties including dealing with queries, taking messages, greeting and dealing with visitors and any appropriate follow-up action.
- Creating a welcoming atmosphere for enquirers at the door, show rounds, new residents, relatives and friends that come into the home.
- Understanding and adhering to restrictions and security checks for people arriving at the door.
- Managing arrangements for site visits of potential residents and relatives.
