We are looking for a Front of House Assistant to supports the Administrator and the management team. You will cover receptionist and telephone duties which involves creating a welcoming atmosphere, greeting visitors and dealing with queries, as well as any appropriate follow up action.

Duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • To assist the homes administrator, allowing the homes administrator to support the management team.
  • To cover the front of house until 18.00 hours to ensure the home is fully supported.
  • Undertake receptionist and telephone duties including dealing with queries, taking messages, greeting and dealing with visitors and any appropriate follow up action.
  • Create a welcoming atmosphere for enquirers to the door, show rounds, new residents, relatives and friends that come into the home.
  • Understand and adhere to restrictions and security checks for people arriving at the door.
  • Manage arrangements for site visits of potential residents and relatives.
