Our mission is to support the energy transition and sustainable development through three complementary divisions:
- Carbon Ventures – a venture capital fund investing in breakthrough technologies in the fields of plastic recycling and carbon capture and utilization
- Energy for Africa – a renewable energy project developer operating across the African continent
- Nature-Based Solutions – a carbon project developer focused on nature conservation and the restoration of natural ecosystems
Taranis is seeking a Technical Lead – Nature-Based Solutions (NBS) to lead the technical assessment, development, and execution of its high-integrity NBS projects. This role requires strong technical expertise in forestry, carbon methodologies, MRV and cross-disciplinary collaboration across internal teams (finance, legal, ESG) and external partners. Expertise in agriculture would be a plus. The NBS Technical Lead will work in pair/tandem with the Investment Manager of Taranis NBS, reporting directly to the NBS Director.
