Tarafi Capital Advisory is a boutique advisory firm supporting growth-stage companies on capital raising and strategic transactions across buy-side and sell-side mandates. We are looking for a Research Intern to support our deal sourcing, investor targeting and market research efforts. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in venture capital, private equity, M&A and startup ecosystems.
What you'll work on:
- You will help build the data and research that powers live capital raising and transaction mandates.
Responsibilities include:
- Researching venture capital, growth equity and strategic investors
- Building and maintaining investor and acquirer databases
- Mapping VC portfolios and identifying warm intro paths
- Identifying relevant founders, partners and senior decision makers
- Conducting market and competitor research on live mandates
- Supporting outreach preparation and CRM management
- Helping prepare research summaries and short briefs
This role sits at the intersection of venture capital, private markets and strategic advisory.
What we're looking for:
- Highly detail-oriented and organised

- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and online research tools
