We run live mandates across SaaS, FinTech, AgriTech, BioTech, MedTech, and Deep Tech — sell-side, buy-side, and capital raising, deal sizes $1M–$200M. We're now bringing on Partners to originate and execute.

- 50% fee on mandates you originate and run
- 30% fee on mandates we originate and hand to you to run

Who you are:
- Former investment banker, M&A Partner, or PE / Corporate Development professional
- Proven track record in cross-border M&A
