This alternative provision supports young people who require a more personalised and nurturing approach to education. The setting works with students who may have social, emotional, and mental health needs (SEMH), behavioural challenges, or gaps in education, helping them to re-engage with learning and build confidence both academically and personally.
The successful English Teacher will deliver engaging and accessible English lessons tailored to the individual needs of students. The role will involve planning and adapting learning activities, supporting students with varying abilities, promoting positive behaviour, and creating a safe and encouraging classroom environment where students can succeed.
