We work with a number of secondary schools in Telford and Wrekin, ranging from large academies within MATs to smaller independent schools. We pride ourselves on providing excellent service to our supply staff and schools, with dedicated consultants always available to support you.
The Role:
As a TARA Supply Teacher, you choose how many days a week you want to work and which days. We handle the rest! This role offers variety, working in different types of schools, and provides a better work-life balance with no marking or lesson planning required for day-to-day supply. Just do what you do best — teach!
Requirements:
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
- Experience teaching KS3 & KS4
- Good classroom management skills
- A passion for working with young people
- Safeguarding training (we can provide a course if needed)
- A current DBS on the update service (we can assist with application if needed)
- A positive attitude and willingness to do your best in current circumstances
