The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Design Technology Teacher to deliver engaging lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with a particular focus on Woodwork, Resistant Materials and Construction. The successful candidate will have the ability to motivate students of all abilities, fostering creativity, problem-solving skills and technical knowledge within a well-equipped department.
Key responsibilities include:
- Planning and delivering high-quality Design Technology lessons.
- Teaching Woodwork, Resistant Materials and Construction to secondary-aged students.
- Assessing, monitoring and supporting student progress.
- Maintaining a safe and productive workshop environment.

- Experience teaching Design Technology at secondary level.
- Strong practical skills in Woodwork, Resistant Materials and Construction.
