Tara Professional Recruitment are looking for a committed and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join one of our partner schools in Telford from September. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a well-established setting that continues to achieve success across many areas.
The role is open to both qualified and experienced Level 2/3 Teaching Assistants, and offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated, enthusiastic, and proactive individual to work alongside a highly skilled team of specialist teachers. This is a full-time role, offering the opportunity to support students with a range of additional needs in a rewarding and dynamic environment.
The Role:

Supporting students with various educational needs, including SEMH and ASD

Working in small groups and on a one-to-one basis to promote learning and development

Assisting the teacher in delivering an engaging, inclusive curriculum

Encouraging positive behaviour and helping students to build resilience

Contributing to a nurturing learning environment where every student feels supported and valued
