Tara Professional Recruitment are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join one of our partner schools full time from September. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting young people with additional needs and helping them thrive in their learning and personal development. The role is long term with no set end date but could become permanent for the right candidate.

The Role:

Working closely with pupils who have a range of special educational needs, including SEMH and ASD

Supporting the class teacher with the delivery of tailored learning activities

Providing one-to-one and small group support to help students reach their full potential

Assisting with behaviour management strategies and promoting positive outcomes

Creating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment
