SEN Teaching Assistant in Ealing, West Drayton and surrounding areas.

Are you looking for a rewarding opportunity where you can make a positive impact on children's lives? We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as SEN Teaching Assistants. Whether you have experience in the field or are considering a career change, we welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds, including carers and actors.

Position: SEN Teaching Assistant

Start Date: ASAP

Pay: Starting from £90 - £105 + a day (based on experience)

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) in their learning and personal development
  • Assisting the class teacher in planning and delivering tailored educational activities
  • Providing one-on-one support to students who require additional help
  • Promoting an inclusive and nurturing classroom environment
  • Collaborating with other staff members to address individual student needs

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with children and colleagues
  • Patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude
  • Genuine interest in helping children with special educational needs
