Are you an experienced and passionate educator with a commitment to inclusion, pupil wellbeing and improving outcomes for vulnerable learners? We are seeking an outstanding Reintegration Alternate Provision Lead to join a successful and ambitious secondary school. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced teacher or middle leader to shape and lead a specialist provision that supports pupils with SEND, SEMH and additional barriers to learning, ensuring they receive the highest quality education and support.

As Reintegration Alternate Provision Lead, you will provide both strategic and operational leadership of the school's alternative provision, creating an inclusive and nurturing environment where pupils can thrive academically, socially and emotionally. You will be responsible for driving standards, developing staff, and ensuring effective systems are in place to support behaviour, attendance, engagement and successful reintegration into mainstream education.

The Role
