MFL Teacher (KS3 & KS4) – Full-Time Opportunity Start: After Easter | Duration: Until May Half Term (with potential to extend) Are you a passionate and dedicated MFL teacher looking for your next opportunity? We are working in partnership with a welcoming and well-regarded secondary school in the Shifnal area to recruit an enthusiastic MFL teacher to join their team on a full-time basis. The Role As an MFL teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and high-quality lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, inspiring students to develop their language skills and cultural understanding. This full-time MFL teacher position starts after Easter and will initially run until May half term, with the potential to continue for the right MFL teacher. Key Responsibilities * Plan and deliver engaging lessons as an MFL teacher in line with the national curriculum * Teach across KS3 and KS4, supporting students of varying abilities * Assess, monitor, and report on student progress * Create a positive and inclusive learning environment * Contribute to the wider school community and uphold high standards of behaviour and achievement The Ideal Candidate * Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent * Experience as an MFL teacher at secondary level (KS3 & KS4) * Strong classroom management skills * A passion for languages and student development * Ability to quickly build rapport with students and staff Situated in central Telford, the school benefits from excellent transport links, making it easily accessible from surrounding towns and cities.
