The Role

  • Manage and grow your own 360 recruitment desk
  • Build and develop long-term relationships with schools and education professionals
  • Generate new business opportunities
  • Mentor apprentices and contribute to team development
  • Use CRM systems effectively to manage pipeline, compliance and performance

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience working within recruitment
  • A track record of billing success and business development
  • Confidence managing your own desk in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Full UK driving license (role involves local travel)
  • Education/SEN recruitment experience desirable
