The Teach Team is a growing, specialist education recruitment agency with an established client base across Coventry and surrounding areas. With a strong presence in the SEN sector, this is a warm desk opportunity within a supportive and forward-thinking team. This role offers real progression. The Role
- Manage and grow your own 360 recruitment desk
- Build and develop long-term relationships with schools and education professionals
- Generate new business opportunities
- Mentor apprentices and contribute to team development
- Use CRM systems effectively to manage pipeline, compliance and performance
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience working within recruitment
- A track record of billing success and business development
- Confidence managing your own desk in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Full UK driving license (role involves local travel)
- Education/SEN recruitment experience desirable
