Are you a recent graduate with a passion for the housebuilding industry? Tara Group is excited to offer an exclusive Graduate Programme within our Engineering team designed to develop the future leaders of our company. Typically, the programme lasts for up to two years and will give you a well-rounded knowledge of how we operate in the housebuilding industry, working within Cameron Homes, Keon Homes and Chasetown Civil Engineering.

You will work closely with other departments within the company to ensure cost effective and buildable designs. You will gain experience within the engineering aspects of upcoming sites and developments, attending and contributing to client meetings and undertaking inspections as required. You will gain experience and knowledge on relevant legislations and industry standards, whilst supporting with land due diligence processes. You will develop your knowledge around all agreements and technical submissions needed throughout the engineering process.

Supported throughout by highly experienced business leaders, you'll be nurtured in developing your thinking and skills, as well as encouraged to grow into the best version of yourself. You will have a tailored development programme to provide structure whilst you are with us. Our current and previous Graduates will act as a buddy to help you settle into the Company and provide another level of support and guidance for you. We're not just a team. We're a family. Please note, if you are successful with initial application stages, the Assessment Centre will take place the week commencing 16th March 2026.

Who should apply?

  • Minimum 2:2 degree qualified in Engineering (ideally civil) or a construction related field
  • Undergraduate Degree obtained in England or Wales
  • Displays a can do attitude with an appetite to learn
  • An enthusiastic approach and lots of initiative
  • Ability to use AutoCAD
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • Determined and organised
  • Open minded and passionate about joining the House Building industry
  • Committed to the role and wants to develop and drive own personal development
  • Is professional and works hard to get the job done, always prepared to go the extra mile
  • Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle
  • Right to work in the UK
