Taptap Send is seeking a Growth & Partnerships Lead to accelerate expansion across EU/UK corridors, focusing on African diaspora communities. You will drive customer acquisition and retention through partnerships, events, and targeted campaigns, leveraging data-driven, test-and-learn strategies, reporting to the Head of Africa.
Based in London or EU, you will build a network of community ambassadors, manage CRM campaigns, and coordinate with Product & Ops to improve product quality and customer experience.
