Role: Taptap Send is looking for a hungry, highly analytical generalist to help us scale our Partner Operations team for the future. This role will help support our next generation of financial systems, overseeing a team of analysts and working directly with partners to equip the Financial Control and Financial Planning teams with the tools they need to support our rapid global growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Owns the reconciliation of partner payments and balances.
  • Work with Finance to improve systems via external vendors as well as internal engineering teams.
  • Uses Excel, SQL and other tools to analyze reconciliation data, investigate anomalies and works with partners to remediate.
  • Collaborate with product to build longer term internal tooling roadmaps and track key metrics.
  • Work cross functionally with Treasury, Finance and regional teams to meet deadlines and report discrepancies.
  • Manages the end-to-end partner reporting process.
  • Oversee outsourced team.
  • Identifies, investigates and reports partner discrepancies within the agreed SLAs.

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree required.
  • Previous accounting or finance experience.
  • 'No task too small' — willingness to dive in and sweat the details regardless of the tool or problem.
  • Strong attention to detail; able to identify anomalies in large datasets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate in other languages, such as French, a plus.
  • Organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Familiarity with SQL; proficiency in Excel.
  • Willingness to be based in the London area and regularly work in the office (London Bridge).
