As a key creative member at Taprave, you will craft visually compelling and brand‑aligned content across our clients’ campaigns. Your work will include digital graphics, social media visuals, explainer videos, animated ads and motion graphics that communicate ideas clearly, creatively, and emotionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Design static and motion‑based creative assets for client campaigns, websites and social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Produce multimedia animations, explainer videos and motion graphics for marketing campaigns and digital ads.
- Collaborate with marketing, strategy and content teams to translate briefs into clear, high‑impact visual deliverables.
- Develop and maintain brand consistency across all design materials.
- Design marketing materials such as brochures, infographics and presentation decks.
- Edit short‑form and long‑form video content for digital platforms.
- Create storyboards and design concepts that align with campaign goals.
- Work with AI‑powered creative tools and modern design platforms (Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva Pro, Figma, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Ensure all output adheres to client branding, platform specifications and accessibility standards.
- Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and contribute to campaign ideas.

Skills & Experience – Essential
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Animation or related field.
- Proven experience in creating professional‑level graphic and motion design for commercial use.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud – Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro.
- Strong understanding of typography, colour theory and layout principles.
- Experience creating social media assets, short‑form animations and digital ads.
- Excellent communication and time‑management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and clients.
Desirable
- Knowledge of 3D animation or motion design tools (Blender, Cinema 4D).
