We believe that the more effort a physician puts in, the more they should be compensated, so we provide a sliding scale split. This is very beneficial for physicians wanting to take advantage of the new billing changes in British Columbia!
Note: we have a preferred overhead rate if the doctor satisfies a certain number of criteria/hours, and we can discuss it upon interview.
Sliding Scale Split: 75/25 (until 250k) then 80/20 (until 350k) then 85/15 going forward from 350k+
Juno EMR, Allied Pharmacist support, Billing assistance and a talented office manager for any issues or questions!
In office and tele‑health (billing support) dependent on patient needs.
Unique marketing to fully book up new/lagging practices.
Supportive environment for dermatology and pain specialization.
No night shifts – Friday & Saturday mornings strictly for walk‑ins. Saturdays available if you want to split up your work week.
Bonuses – negotiable during interview.
We are situated in a very large and high‑traffic location, we have a huge waitlist and are able to fill up a panel within a few months. All we ask is physicians to stay accountable to their patients and provide the best care possible!
