This post, working under the guidance of the registered nurse and the therapy lead, supports the Inpatient Unit team to deliver high quality person centred care and a range of interventions to meet the needs of patients within the IPU setting using a holistic approach. The post holder plays a critical role in empowering the IPU team to embed the principles of rehabilitative palliative care. This is an opportunity to be part of a skilled and supportive multidisciplinary team, helping patients and their families during some of the most important moments of their lives.
