Tapping House provides specialist palliative care for individuals living with life-limiting conditions. We also support carers and offer bereavement services to friends and families. We’re a centre of clinical excellence in the region and further afield, recognised at the forefront of education in palliative care for 40 years.
This is an on-site role for a Governance, Facilities, and Executive Administrator. The Governance, Facilities and Executive Administrator will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Governance and Executive Assistant, the Facilities Team and Kitchen Team. The role will ensure smooth day to day operation and coordination of clinical and organisational governance.
Hours: 30 – 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
Location: Tapping House, Wheatfields, Hillington, Norfolk
Qualifications: Educated to GCSE or equivalent (A-C/7+ - 4)
Skills and Experience:
- Excellent Microsoft Office knowledge
- Administration and minute taking experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of an organisation
- Experience of dealing with confidential and sensitive information
- Ability to manage own workload and priorities
- Ability to work under pressure and to time scales
- Can demonstrate a high level of attention to detail
