Our client is looking to recruit a full‑time Service Advisor to join our team at our showroom in Brighton. The role is ideally suited to someone who is highly enthusiastic, well organised, enjoys learning new technology and has the desire to deliver an amazing customer experience. A full training programme, supplied by the group, leading to accredited status is provided alongside being part of our day‑to‑day sales team.
What you'll do each day:
- Liaise with customers regarding outstanding work and follow up on Service Plans.
- Log all appointments, reservations, and MOTs are added to the Database.
- Capture customer email addresses and assist in increasing the customer database.
- Deliver excellent customer service and obtain payments for service work and repairs.
- Maintain communication with the customer whilst their vehicle is at the branch.
- Complete job cards with accurate information.
- Liaise with the Sales Department to promote the sale of new/used vehicles.
- Book out and control 'courtesy cars'.
- Deal with complaints quickly and effectively.
You’ll fit right in and thrive in this role if you:

- Can communicate information clearly and concisely.
It would be great if you also:
- Have previous experience in the Motor Industry or similar retail business.
- Knowledge of servicing department procedures.
