This role will contribute to the effective delivery of performance and improvement service which supports reporting requirements in key areas such as Social Work and Education. The postholder will help ensure that systems and processes run efficiently and provide general support to Data & Performance officers with a range of tasks. These tasks include:
- Monitoring and providing access to various dashboards.
- Logging and tracking work requests and FOI enquiries.
- Collating and preparing data for monthly and ad‑hoc reports.
- Supporting the development of reporting solutions using PowerBI.
This role requires strong organisational skills, good attention to detail, and an ability to manage competing priorities. The ideal candidate will be confident in working with digital systems, have an interest in data and reporting, and be able to communicate effectively with colleagues across the organisation. The role offers opportunities to develop skills in data preparation and reporting using PowerBI and other reporting tools.
This is a part‑time post, temporary for 1 year, offered between 17.5 and 21 hours per week with flexibility around how these hours are spread across the working week to suit the availability of the preferred candidate and the needs of the service.

Good general education level, including 3 standard grades or demonstrable equivalent work experience and training.
