Overview
You will be responsible for a \”mobile showroom\” vehicle, bringing Tapi-ness to a customer’s home. This role is highly customer facing, highly mobile, and involves working with stores and visiting many homes each day. You will provide end-to-end service by helping, advising, and measuring flooring, using your knowledge of our product ranges and the Masterpiece software to bring customers’ ideas to life in the home, while earning a generous commission.
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service that exceeds expectations and encourages recommendation and repeat business.
- Deal with customer queries and concerns in customers\\\’ homes.
- Provide an understanding, relaxed, and reassuring experience for customers.
- Be solutions-focused and deliver the best flooring solutions for individual needs.
- Translate customer ideas into reality through strong product knowledge of Tapi offerings.
- Represent the brand professionally through smart attire and respectful interactions in customers\\\’ homes.
- Maintain a safe and respectful approach to being invited into customers\\\’ homes.
Measuring and Quoting
- Full training provided.
- Use Masterpiece software during every visit to measure and provide solutions.
- Prepare detailed and accurate flooring plans and provide on-site quotes using Masterpiece.
- Inspect areas for faults and produce reports where applicable.
- Check subfloors for unevenness, dampness, or other potential issues.
- Maintain the mobile showroom in pristine condition with well-presented samples.
- Comply with all Health and Safety and security requirements.
Sales
- Maximise conversion of internet leads by presenting suitable products in the customer’s home.
- Work to exceed personal sales and conversion targets, contributing to store targets.
- Close sales with the customer’s satisfaction in mind.
- Process customer orders using the Masterpiece system.
- Maintain a balance of sales drive and customer focus to deliver great experiences.
Profile and Requirements
- Ability to think quickly and work in a fast-paced environment; be presentable, motivated, honest, and enthusiastic.
- Self-motivated with a bias toward action and a \”no customer left behind\” attitude.
- Plan efficient routes to maximise customer interactions.
- Full driving license required; transport will be provided.
