The Role
You will spend most of the day on the road, in your own vehicle, bringing Tapi-ness into customers’ homes.
Using Masterpiece software you’ll plan, estimate, and measure floors to ensure everything is ready for the fitting teams and they can hit the ground running.
- Your Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service that exceeds expectations.
- Have an understanding and respectful approach to make customers feel relaxed and reassured in their homes.
- Use Masterpiece software (training provided) during every customer visit to measure and provide solutions with ease.
- Prepare a detailed and accurate flooring plan and provide an on‑site quote using Masterpiece.
- Carry out inspections of identified faulty floors and produce reports.
- Check for uneven floor levels and potential issues such as dampness or trailing cables.
- Process customer orders thoroughly and accurately when applicable.
- Comply with all Health and Safety and security requirements set out by the Company.
