We're now looking for an organised, proactive and people‑focused Operations Coordinator to join our Retail Operations team. You'll play a key role in supporting our stores, field leadership teams, fitting partners and central departments, helping to ensure our operations run smoothly across the business.

What You’ll Be Doing
- As our Operations Coordinator, you'll be a central point of contact for colleagues across the business, helping to keep our operational processes running efficiently and effectively. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting Our Retail Operations
- Acting as a key point of contact for stores, Regional Sales Managers and Divisional Directors
- Providing guidance, support and signposting colleagues to the right resources and teams
- Supporting colleagues with operational processes, systems and day‑to‑day queries
- Maintaining operational documentation and ensuring information remains accurate and up to date
- Managing and monitoring shared Operations inboxes
- Utilities Administration
- Coordinating with utility providers and management partners
- Managing utility‑related queries and resolving issues with suppliers
- Supporting utility meter upgrade programmes and engineer visits
- Maintaining utility records and tracking outstanding actions
- Providing utility consumption information when required
- Supporting Our Fitting Network
- Assisting with fitter diary administration and capacity planning
- Monitoring fitter insurance compliance and communicating requirements to stores
- Managing fitter communications through dedicated inboxes
- Supporting operational activities relating to our fitting partners
- Record Breaker Awards
- Supporting the administration of our Record Breaker recognition programme
- Maintaining records and databases
- Producing and distributing certificates and vouchers
- Ensuring achievements are accurately tracked and celebrated
- Projects & Continuous Improvement
- Supporting operational and strategic projects across the business
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and ways of working
- Helping to implement new initiatives and ensure successful handovers into business‑as‑usual operations
- Contributing ideas that enhance the colleague experience and improve efficiency
About You
