We’re looking for a Product Manager to help drive the delivery and evolution of digital products and platforms across Tapi. This is a delivery-focused Product Manager role working closely with Engineering teams to shape requirements, manage backlogs and support the consistent delivery of high-quality products and features. You’ll play a key role in turning business needs into clear, actionable work that enables teams to deliver value efficiently and at pace. Joining a growing Product and Technology function, you’ll work across customer journeys, e-commerce and operational platforms, helping ensure products are commercially impactful, well-prioritised and aligned to business goals. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys the day-to-day mechanics of product delivery, thrives in fast-paced environments and takes pride in building products that make a measurable difference to both customers and the business.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Owning and managing product backlogs across digital and operational platforms
  • Writing clear, concise user stories, tickets and acceptance criteria
  • Translating business requirements into structured, actionable deliverables for Engineering teams
  • Working closely with Engineers, Tech Leads and stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle
  • Prioritising work using frameworks such as ICE to balance impact, effort and urgency
  • Supporting sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups and retrospectives
  • Tracking delivery progress and helping manage dependencies, risks and blockers
  • Supporting release planning and coordinating launches where required
  • Driving consistency in backlog management, ticket quality and product ways of working
  • Using data, feedback and product performance insights to support prioritisation and continuous improvement

Skills & Experience

Essential

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager working closely with Engineering teams
  • Strong experience managing backlogs and writing high-quality user stories and tickets
  • Solid understanding of agile delivery practices and ceremonies
  • Experience working with tools such as Azure DevOps, Notion or similar
  • Ability to translate business requirements into clear technical deliverables
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience working within fast-paced, delivery-focused environments
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Desirable

  • Experience working within e-commerce, retail or digital product environments
  • Exposure to experimentation, analytics or A/B testing
  • Experience working closely with Product, Engineering and Delivery teams within product-led organisations
  • Understanding of modern digital product delivery and continuous improvement practices

What We’re Looking For

  • Enjoys building products, not just managing tickets
  • Understands how delivery impacts customer experience and commercial outcomes
  • Works collaboratively and builds strong relationships across Product and Engineering
  • Brings structure, organisation and clarity to fast-moving environments
  • Takes ownership and drives delivery forward
  • Communicates confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Has a continuous improvement mindset and a strong attention to detail

Why Join Tapi?

You’ll have the opportunity to work on meaningful digital products, influence ways of working and contribute to platforms that support both customers and colleagues across the business.
