This role is for a brand new store in Ealing.

This role is all about assisting the customer to bring their vision to life through the power of great product. Your Responsibilities
- Work together with your store team to "wow" our customers at every turn.
- Provide top notch customer service, helping customers with preâsales queries and order completions, as well as postâsales questions and (very rarely!) escalating the odd complaint.
- Support your team with promotional changes and store housekeeping, and report into one of our fab Store Managers (a master of all things flooring)!
- Always be on the lookout for new ways to improve our store, our service, and better serve our customers.
- We will teach you all you need to know about our glorious products and collections, so you can offer bespoke advice to each individual customer.
- We will also teach you how to draw and cost a room, so you can deliver flooring excellence to our customers.

We are a flooring retailer with a difference, here to blow a breath of fresh air into the world of carpet and flooring shopping - and we would love for you to join the revolution! Over the past 10 years, we have grown massively to become the largest flooring retailer in Britain â something we are super proud of. In 2024, we added the Carpetright brand, 54 flooring stores, and as many Carpetright colleagues as possible into the Tapi family.
