Responsibilities

  • Drive performance against sales and margin targets; maximize in‑season opportunities.
  • Build solid relationships with Marketplace partners across channels and TPR brands, ensuring regular trade meetings and key KPIs are met and exceeded.
  • Support the collation of all product data required for Marketplace product launches, including SKU codes, compositions, dimensions and care instructions.
  • Utilize multiple systems, including Rithum & Zdirect, to ensure on‑time and accurate product data sharing and error resolution with Marketplace partners.
  • Support seamless execution of new product launches on multiple Marketplace channels.
  • Compile weekly trade reports and provide analysis to inform trading actions and fuel growth.
  • Apply strong Excel expertise to support enriched data collation, trade analysis, pricing and product performance, with proficiency in VLOOKUPs, pivot tables and SUMIFS.
  • Identify regional product opportunities and market trends, providing consolidated feedback to inform seasonal and core assortment needs.
  • Increase knowledge of product, consumer and competition in the local market and provide feedback to key internal stakeholders.
  • In partnership with the Digital Trading Manager and local Inventory Management team, identify business risks and opportunities regarding product investments and inventory.
  • Partner with the IM team to ensure optimal stocks are maintained in line with upcoming promotional strategies, marketing initiatives and key trading periods.
  • Partner with Marketing to ensure optimal platform content by category and gender within global guidelines and support an effective marketing plan aligned with investment.
  • Support maximising product visibility on site, such as building catalogue tree edits and visual guides for partners.
  • Support weekly and monthly onsite execution for Marketplace site content, including homepage refreshes, category banners and navigation banners.
  • Communicate monthly newness and onsite launches.
  • Build communication tools that highlight assortment strategies and provide monthly and quarterly hindsight.
  • Support the customer service team with specific retailer and customer queries where necessary.
  • Build relationships and establish trust with the regional teams, including Digital, Buying, IM, Marketing and Finance.
