Primary Purpose

The Store Operations Coordinator plays a key role in developing and supporting a variety of store operations initiatives for Tapestry's brands Coach and Kate Spade New York across the Europe region.

This position focuses primarily on the requirements of our stores and teams, developing and improving Health and Safety standards, as well as invoicing, vendor communication and payment processing for the Store Operations department.

Reporting to the Senior Store Operations Manager, the Coordinator will maintain the accuracy of the store locator for the brands, as well as the management of the store traffic counter to ensure accurate internal reporting.

This position will ensure all in-store processes are effective, engaging, and relevant through strong cross-functional collaboration and innovation.

The successful candidate will be flexible with their approach to the needs of the business, focus on store requirements and contribute to the delivery of new projects and operational improvements.

  • The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Store Operations to:
  • Manage the invoicing, vendor communication and payment processing for stores.

Reduce invoicing across all vendors to allow for focused time on reviewing contractual agreements and opportunities to improve service and reinvest budgets/reduce costs

  • Support retail leadership teams to enhance the employee and customer experience through the development of key Health & Safety processes and ensure legislation and guidance is up to date by country at all times
  • Create and develop operational learning modules, standard operating procedures and materials to equip store teams with effective tools to deliver operational excellence
  • Partner with the Finance team to build the annual operating plan for Tapestry Europe stores and manage store budgets throughout the year to promote profitable growth
  • Manage the store locator and ensure European store information is maintained and updated in accordance with store team feedback
  • Manage the store traffic account and leverage cross functional relationships to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner
  • Regularly visit stores to gain feedback from the teams on how we can improve key tools and processes
  • Support the development of key initiatives where required across Store Operations projects
  • Maintain high store standards and resolve issues promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Support new store opening projects where required and help to coordinate key retail project enhancements or relocations
  • The Accomplished Individual Will Possess
  • Minimum two years' experience within a store operations role in retail, with a strong understanding of store operating procedures
  • Multi-brand store operations or omnichannel experience
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, Teams)
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships with business functions and external vendors
  • Excellent communication, organisational and analytical skills
  • Strong team player with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly adaptable, with the flexibility to respond effectively to changing business demands
  • Additional European language skills
