The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Inventory Management to:

  • Lead Inventory Management for Kate Spade Europe across E-commerce and Retail channels.
  • Conduct Monthly Sales Reforecasting against OTB plans, supporting evaluation of business performance and updating: Sales, Shipments, Inventory, GM% (Gross Margin), DR% (Discount Rate) & Stock Turn.
  • Drive Regional Inventory Optimisation aligned with product lifecycle initiatives.
  • Publish department-level seasonal OTB targets.
  • Support Inventory Strategy for carryover vs seasonal (NOOS management), in-season trading, and lead risk and opportunity discussions.
  • Ensure Planning System accuracy and timely delivery of monthly outputs.
  • Partner with Buying and Allocation Teams to move aged inventory through appropriate channels.
  • Prepare and present inventory overviews during weekly trade meetings and monthly global updates.
  • Collaborate with Finance to align short- and long-term sales, gross margin, and inventory targets, support monthly planning for collaborative alignment.
  • Act as Key Liaison with Global Inventory Partner in New York for all Kate Spade EMEI inventory queries.
  • Maintain Analytical and Reporting Tools to meet required outputs.

The accomplished individual will possess:

  • University degree
  • 2+ years of Merchandise Planning / Inventory Management
  • Organised and analytical with strong attention to detail
  • Advanced computer skills in Excel and retail planning systems e.g. RPAS, Cora, SAP
  • Knowledge of the fashion or accessories luxury goods market
  • Ability to manage own workload and effectively focus on multiple priorities
  • Excellent collaborator with the desire to achieve team objectives and goals
