The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in eCommerce to:

  • Monthly upload of new products on UK, FR and EU / ROW sites, ensuring proper presentation of the online assortment, including product information, category information and website merchandising to maintain the sites to a high standard.
  • Prepare for site refreshes by building navigation, search dictionary updates, merchandising and trend shops, and managing the item set-up process, including catalogue and product attribution.
  • Support the planned migration of smaller EU sites to Global-e, helping enable greater localisation and ensuring site set-up is accurate and customer-ready.
  • Work with our translations agency to ensure localised site content, with particular focus on France, is translated accurately and to a high standard.
  • Work with Buying and Planning partners to support the promotional calendar, new product launches and category launches across Retail category.
  • Work with Digital Design and Web Production on creative for homepages, promotions and campaigns, ensuring the site reflects business priorities, stock availability and local market needs.
  • Regular research of competitor online activity, edit creation and digital innovation.
  • Weekly site review of UK, FR, EU and ROW sites to monitor site standards, reporting any operational or testing issues that arise.
  • Additional ad hoc website tasks as required, including testing new functionality and analysis of competitor tools or functionalities we should be looking to develop.
  • Optimise on-site search, as well as cross-sell and up-sell products on the site.
  • Work closely across all functions of the eCommerce team.
  • Deliver weekly reporting on site performance for cross-functional and team meetings, leveraging available analytics platforms to provide relevant and actionable insights.

The accomplished individual will possess:

  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in an eCommerce or digital focused role.
  • Experience working independently and as a team member in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience of working in a global company/brand and/or online startup.
  • Excellent organizational skills and detail orientation.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills.
  • Ability to multi-task under tight deadlines and have a strong sense of urgency.
  • Strong problem-solving skills; proactive and take initiative.
  • Ability to act quickly to last-minute requests and changes.
  • Able to work autonomously.
  • Computer literate, particularly in Excel.
  • Prior experience with SFCC, a PIM system, Global-e or CMS tools would be advantageous.

An outstanding professional will have:

  • Experience of working with U.S based head office.
  • Additional European language skills, particularly French.
  • Interest in AEO, inspirational site content and online customer experience.
