Working at both our Ashbourne and Nottingham Central Services Offices, we are looking for a highly organised and people-focused People & Culture Advisor to provide practical HR advice and operational support, helping schools manage staff effectively while ensuring compliance, consistency, and a positive employee experience across the Trust.
