We'reseeking an experiencedDirectorof Governanceto lead governance,complianceand board effectiveness across the Trust. Reporting directly to the Chair of Trustees and the CEO, you will work closely with Trustees and senior leaders,providingexpert advice, ensuring statutory compliance, and driving continuous improvement in governance practices.
You'll bring:
- Significant MAT governance experience
- Expert knowledge of governance and compliance requirements
- Strong leadership and influencing skills
- Accredited Clerk status and Level 4Certificate in Academy Governancequalification (or equivalent)
