Primary Purpose: The Wholesale Operations Specialist will develop and improve scalable processes to support the commercial efforts of the Tapestry Wholesale business in EMEAI, ensuring systems, prices, and structures are in place to support accurate downstream execution.

The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Wholesale Operations to:

  • Work with key cross functional partners to ensure market readiness for seasonal buys and in-season reorders
  • Partner with IT, Buying & Merchandising teams to ensure product, inventory and pricing information accuracy
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to drive further development of order taking tools and drive operational excellence and greater commercial visibility
  • Own and manage the Seasonal Milestone Calendar to ensure alignment across all partners for key deadlines
  • Act as point of contact for upstream system and setup queries including account setup, pricing maintenance and reporting dependencies, ensuring compliance throughout
  • Own all not-for-sale activities to ensure a best in class in-store experience across regional doors. Partner with Wholesale Customer Experience, Finance and suppliers to ensure all packaging, VM & uniform orders are fulfilled on time and within budget
  • Provide operational support to internal and external teams for current and prospective customers by communicating current and new processes
  • Continuously drive process improvements, identifying opportunities to improve accuracy, efficiency, and resilience
  • Support the Senior Wholesale Operations Analyst by providing operational context for variances and investigations, as well as troubleshooting system or setup‐related issues impacting reports

The accomplished individual will possess:

  • Proven experience in Wholesale Operations or a related field (e.g., Operations, Supply Chain) within a retail environment
  • Hands-on experience with NuORDER or JOOR, SAP, and MicroStrategy
  • A strong sense of ownership, with experience contributing to projects and driving process improvements
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with cross-functional internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the confidence to navigate ambiguity, think critically, and proactively identify and resolve issues
  • Solid Excel skills, with excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and remain adaptable in a fast-paced environment
