The role will have the following main areas of focus/responsibility:
- Drive performance against sales and margin targets; maximize in-season opportunities.
- Build solid relationships with Marketplace partners across channels and TPR brands, ensuring regular trade meetings and key KPI’s are met and exceeded.
- Support in the collation of all product data required for Marketplace product launches, including but not limited to, SKU codes, compositions, dimensions, care instructions etc.
- Utilize multiple systems, including Rithum & Zdirect to ensure on-time & accurate product data sharing and error resolution with Marketplace partners to source required product data and ensure accuracy across all data fields.
- Support in the seamless execution of new product launches on multiple Marketplace channels.
- Compile weekly trade reports and provide analysis to inform trading actions to fuel growth.
- Strong excel expertise to support: enriched data collation, trade analysis, pricing, product performance, with strong ability in vlookups, pivot tables, sum ifs etc.
- In conjunction with the team, identify regional product opportunities & market trends, providing consolidated feedback to inform seasonal and core assortment needs.
- Increase knowledge of product, consumer and competition in local market and provide feedback to key internal stakeholders.
- In partnership with the Digital Trading Manager and local Inventory Management team, understand and highlight existing business risks and opportunities regarding product investments and inventory.
- Partner with IM team to ensure optimal stocks are maintained in line with upcoming promotional strategies, marketing initiatives and key trading periods.
- Partner with Marketing to ensure optimal platform content by category and gender within global guidelines and support effective marketing plan aligned with investment.
- Support on maximising product visibility on site, e.g. building catalogue tree edit visual guides for partners.
- Support weekly and monthly onsite execution for our Marketplace site content, including homepage refreshes, category banners, navigation banners etc.
- Communicate monthly newness and onsite launches.
- Support in building communication tools, highlighting to the business assortment strategies and monthly quarterly hindsight.
- Support our customer service team with specific retailer / customer queries where necessary.
- Build relationships and establish trust with the regional teams: Digital, Buying, IM, Marketing and Finance.
