The role of Behaviour Manager focuses on supporting students who demonstrate challenging behaviour and ensuring that they are in the right place at the right time throughout the day. The role is varied and includes one-to-one work, group work, supporting our specialist Compass classroom, supporting in lessons throughout the school, etc.
