Primary Purpose: The Vice President, Marketing & PR – EMEAI will lead Coach’s regional marketing strategy across digital, retail, outlet and wholesale channels. They will activate a bold consumer-first vision that drives business growth and elevates Coach’s presence in the region. This leader will operate at the intersection of brand, region, and function, bringing enterprise-level thinking, strategic agility, and a strong focus on customer insight to the role.
They will be responsible for delivering impact through the following key leadership accountabilities:
- Activate the vision by setting a bold, consumer-first strategy for Coach marketing in EMEAI, translating global priorities into regional actions that fuel growth and elevate the brand. Bring clarity and alignment across a complex matrix of global, regional, and functional stakeholders.
- Build the brand through breakthrough, data-driven marketing that drives acquisition, retention, and engagement across retail, outlet, digital, and wholesale. Champion a regional strategy that reinforces global brand equity while remaining attuned to local nuance.
- Inspire and develop a high-performing, diverse team by fostering an environment of innovation, accountability, and continuous growth. Coach and stretch talent while building a culture of brand pride and agility.
- Expand the reach by forming strong partnerships across regions and functions, anticipating cultural and consumer shifts, and unlocking opportunities through collaboration. Act as a connector between global brand ambition and local market execution.
- Lead with courage by championing new approaches in media, personalization, and storytelling. Push creative boundaries while navigating ambiguity and organizational complexity.

Experience Profile:
- 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, preferably in FMCG or Lifestyle Brands
- Proven ability to activate a global brand vision within a regional context, balancing enterprise strategy with local relevance
- Strong track record of building data-led, omni-channel marketing strategies that drive consumer acquisition, engagement and retention
- Experience leading and developing diverse, high-performing teams; known for cultivating a culture of innovation, accountability and results
- Demonstrated strength in building brand equity and delivering measurable impact through storytelling, personalization and insight-driven marketing
- Adept at navigating matrixed organizations and building cross-functional partnerships to accelerate growth
