Primary Purpose: The Manager, Statutory Accounting will oversee complex accounting and tax matters and support the delivery of European statutory reporting, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely preparation and filing across the region. The role provides oversight of company policies and their impact on statutory requirements for Tapestry’s European entities. Acting as a key point of contact for European auditors and external accountants, the Manager will collaborate closely with cross‑functional stakeholders across Europe, Asia, and the US.
The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Accounting to:
- Prepare and maintain US GAAP to local GAAP bridge files and document necessary adjustments
- Prepare financial statements using OneSource software, collaborating closely with external auditors to implement updates, prepare supporting documentation, and ensure timely submission by statutory deadlines
