Primary Purpose: The Demand Planner is responsible for managing inventory flow and optimising stock levels across Coach’s Wholesale channel in Europe. This includes creating detailed SKU-level demand plans aligned with global strategy, ensuring timely delivery to wholesale partners, and minimizing excess inventory. Reporting to the Demand Planning Manager, the Demand Planner will analyse sales trends, adjust forecasts based on market dynamics, and identify risks.

The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Planning to:

  • Own and maintain comprehensive inventory reporting, including sales performance, inbound deliveries, stock holding, out-of-stock risks, and reorder analysis
  • Ensure inventory levels are optimised to meet sales and margin objectives while minimizing excess and liability
  • Conduct hindsight analysis of sell-in and sell-out performance to identify trends, lessons, and opportunities to inform future buying and demand planning decisions
  • Develop and maintain SKU-level demand plans under a made-to-forecast inventory model using RPAS (Retail Planning Allocation System)
  • Review NOOS (Never Out of Stock) levels for key core lines to ensure sufficient coverage and support for in-season replenishment and reorders
  • Perform detailed inbound and supply flow analysis to support seasonal order fulfillment, working closely with Operations and Supply Ops teams to provide data and visibility on order status and delivery timelines
  • Collaborate with Inventory Management and Global teams to identify, assess, and execute actions on excess or underperforming stock, driving sell-through and minimizing liability
  • Lead seasonal alignment meetings with cross-functional teams including Finance, Sales, Buying, & Account Services, to ensure inventory strategies align with global and regional business goals
  • Identify inventory and supply risks, and implement proactive, data-driven actions to mitigate issues and protect availability

The accomplished individual will possess:

  • 3-4+ years’ experience in Demand Planning, Buying, or Supply Chain within retail, B2B, franchise, or wholesale environments
  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, delivering under pressure and meeting deadlines
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
