We are seeking a part-time Technical Support & Customer Service Specialist to join our growing remote team. Responsibilities
- Digital Media Conversion: Use provided equipment and software to convert analog media (e.g., VHS tapes, cassettes) into digital formats.
- Customer Engagement: Provide a professional and friendly experience when greeting customers and handling media drop-offs.
- Technical Support: Troubleshoot minor issues and maintain quality control throughout the conversion process.
- Scheduling & Workflow Management: Coordinate your workload according to your availability and project timelines.
- Compliance & Care: Handle all customer media with diligence, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Technical Aptitude: Comfortable working with computers, software, and media equipment.
- Strong Communication Skills: Able to explain technical information clearly to customers.
