Overview

Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement: Provide a professional and friendly experience when greeting customers and handling media drop-offs.
  • Technical Support: Troubleshoot minor issues and maintain quality control throughout the conversion process.
  • Scheduling & Workflow Management: Coordinate your workload according to your availability and project timelines.
  • Compliance & Care: Handle all customer media with diligence, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

  • Technical Aptitude: Comfortable working with computers, software, and media equipment.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Able to explain technical information clearly to customers.
  • Self-Motivated: Works effectively without supervision and demonstrates problem-solving ability.
  • Remote Readiness: Already has a dedicated home workspace and reliable internet connection.
