Finance Manager – Xero, Excel & Qualified Accountant

Location: London (On-site)

Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 DOE

We’re hiring a Finance Manager who is qualified, hands-on, and tech-savvy — someone who doesn’t just keep the books clean, but knows how to optimise systems, automate workflows, and support growth across multiple venues.

This is a practical, high-trust role where accuracy, clarity, and ownership are essential.

What You’ll Own:

• Day-to-day finance ops across all entities in Xero
• P&L, VAT, payroll journals, reconciliations, and cashflow
• Weekly/monthly reporting, budgeting, forecasting
• Process improvement, systems integration, and automation
• Close collaboration with operations and leadership

What We’re Looking For:

• ACCA qualified
• Advanced Excel user (pivot tables, lookups, error tracing)
• Xero expert (multi-entity, reconciliations, reporting)
• Hospitality or multi-site finance experience preferred
• Experience automating reporting or integrating finance tools (e.g. POS, payroll, Pleo, Dext, ApprovalMax)
