We’re hiring a Finance Manager who is qualified, hands-on, and tech-savvy — someone who doesn’t just keep the books clean, but knows how to optimise systems, automate workflows, and support growth across multiple venues. This is a practical, high-trust role where accuracy, clarity, and ownership are essential.
What You’ll Own:
- Day-to-day finance ops across all entities in Xero
- P&L, VAT, payroll journals, reconciliations, and cashflow
- Weekly/monthly reporting, budgeting, forecasting
- Process improvement, systems integration, and automation
- Close collaboration with operations and leadership
What We’re Looking For:
- ACCA qualified
- Advanced Excel user (pivot tables, lookups, error tracing)
- Xero expert (multi-entity, reconciliations, reporting)
- Hospitality or multi-site finance experience preferred
- Experience automating reporting or integrating finance tools (e.g. POS, payroll, Pleo, Dext, ApprovalMax)
