About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead our front‑of‑house team and deliver an exceptional guest experience every day. This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional who is passionate about people, quality service, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the team.
- Deliver exceptional guest service and handle customer feedback.
- Manage staffing levels, rotas, and recruitment.
- Monitor financial performance, stock, and cost controls.
- Ensure standards of health & safety and food hygiene are maintained.
- Work closely with senior leadership to drive business performance.
About You
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager.
- Strong leadership and people‑management skills.
- Passionate about hospitality and customer service.
- Commercially aware with strong organisational ability.
- Hands‑on, positive and proactive attitude.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
