We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead our front‑of‑house team and deliver an exceptional guest experience every day. This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional who is passionate about people, quality service, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the team.
  • Deliver exceptional guest service and handle customer feedback.
  • Manage staffing levels, rotas, and recruitment.
  • Monitor financial performance, stock, and cost controls.
  • Ensure standards of health & safety and food hygiene are maintained.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to drive business performance.

About You

  • Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager.
  • Strong leadership and people‑management skills.
  • Passionate about hospitality and customer service.
  • Commercially aware with strong organisational ability.
  • Hands‑on, positive and proactive attitude.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.

Salary: Up to £50,000 per year
