Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in all aspects of kitchen management and food preparation.
  • Support the kitchen team, ensuring high performance and continuous development.

  • Assist with kitchen operations, including stock management, ordering, and inventory control.
  • Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Support the development and training of junior chefs.

About You

  • Proven experience as a strong Chef de Partie or aspiring Junior Sous Chef in a fast‐paced restaurant environment.

  • Excellent organisational and problem‐solving abilities.
