As Sous Chef, you will play a crucial role in our kitchen operations, supporting the Head Chef in delivering exceptional culinary standards and inspiring our team.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Head Chef in all aspects of kitchen management and food preparation.
- Lead and motivate the kitchen team, ensuring high performance and continuous development.
- Maintain consistent food quality and presentation, adhering to Brindisa's authentic Spanish culinary standards.
- Oversee kitchen operations, including stock management, ordering, and inventory control.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Develop and train junior chefs, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Contribute to menu development and innovation.
About You
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or a strong Senior Chef de Partie in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment.
- A genuine passion for Spanish cuisine and high-quality ingredients.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Committed to maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.
