The ideal Junior Sommelier has:
- Previous experience in a similar role and within a fast paced luxury environment
- Enthusiastic about wine and eager to ensure that guests are given an exciting andmemorable experience
- A tenacious passion to succeed and develop: WSET L2 qualification is desired butnot essential
- Exceptional service standards with attention to detail
- Good command of English with the ability to communicate confidently
